Gautam is the CEO and Co-Founder of SourceFuse, with over 20 years of deep experience in tech and consulting and a thorough passion for entrepreneurship. He is a tenacious leader with an excellent ability to multi-task hassle-free. He has built a strong team of talented technologists that drive digital transformations and innovate in the cloud.

An assertive, self-confident, and pious personality, Kabir has a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. With over 20 years of experience, he is proficient in Requirements Analysis, Agile Methodologies, and Product Strategy. Being a strong business development professional, he foresees a vision to transform how the Tech industry works.

With over 20 years of experience, our CFO is one of the first employees of SourceFuse. He prefers to talk to Excel sheets rather than people. Substitutes food with coffee, talks about music all day – whether you want to listen or not. When not working, he is either diving, reading, biking, fixing un-broken things, chasing creepy crawlies across the globe, or just organizing playlists in Spotify.

Ravdeep is a seasoned professional with 19 years of extensive experience building HR strategy, people management, HR administration, and organizational development. Confident, poised, and a true leader is what describes him. He envisions the HR function as one of the critical strategic functions in any organization. Before joining SourceFuse, he served many industries like Telecom, Fintech, ITES, and Consulting, with rich global experience working in Europe & India. Apart from the outstanding professional capabilities, he is a car aficionado and an avid musician.

With over 11 years of experience in Marketing, his organized approach and straightforward thought process are the two cards up his sleeves. Healthcare and Life Sciences industries are his forte. Connecting with people on a deep, meaningful note motivates him personally; he loves to talk about Music and Psychology.

Kamal has over two decades of invaluable experience, spearheading transformative initiatives in the Australian IT consulting landscape. Prior to joining SourceFuse, Kamal has held pivotal roles at prestigious renowned enterprises, including IBM, Capgemini Consulting, WIPRO Technologies, Medibank, Schweppes, and AGL. His role will focus on driving exponential growth for SourceFuse Australia in collaboration with AWS, with a strategic roadmap that includes leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as cloud app/DB modernization, genAI, SaaS, and digital transformation methodologies to empower our clients and unlock the full potential of the AWS Cloud.

Ashish has been with us for 14 years, working diligently for SourceFuse. He has achieved several AWS Certifications during this time, including the AWS Security Specilization Certification, and has worked on multiple projects, making them big successes. Ashish was recently handpicked as an AWS APN Ambassador and invited to the APN Ambassador Global Summit in Seattle.

With over 24 years of industry experience in designing brands and products for global clients, Manpreet heads the creative team at SourceFuse. He masters an interdisciplinary skillset and has a holistic, process-oriented approach to designing a digital experience. He and his team are creating next-gen products for the company and its clients. Manpreet likes to travel in his spare time and is an avid photographer.

Our Director - PMO, with over 19 years of overall experience is a seasoned project manager having managed projects for various global clients across the globe for over a decade. He is a solution-focused & result-oriented dynamic leader. He holds a successful & impressive track record of achieving objectives and targets across a comprehensive portfolio of IT Businesses and technologies. Besides work, Sumit loves travelling, hiking and adventure sports.

Siddhartha is a seasoned professional with 17+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Management. He has provided services to various global financial institutions across the US and Europe. Confident, passionate, and hardworking, Siddhartha has been instrumental in establishing well-established processes and methodologies across the QA department. With innovation at our core, he ensures the company is equipped with the latest automation tools, technologies, and practices to deliver the best quality standards on time with reduced effort and cost. Besides work, Siddhartha is a movie and food buff and likes to read in his spare time.

Our HR Director has been successfully crafting strategies that support significant headcount growth and implementing talent engagement programs for over 14 years of experience. Her passion for HR is fuelled by her philosophy of nurturing the human element while navigating the ever-evolving landscapes of business. Besides work, Akanksha is an ardent reader and passionate about traveling.

As Head of Business Growth for UK / EMEA, Vidur is a global digital transformation services leader, driving growth and innovation in this dynamic region. With a keen eye on market trends and emerging tech, as well as previously founding a successful cybersecurity firm in India, Vidur ensures SourceFuse remains at the forefront of the industry. Outside work, he is committed to community well-being projects, including founding a nonprofit aimed at addressing pandemic effects in India.
