To say COVID-19 has had a big impact on our lives is now a HUGE understatement and staying connected has never been so important. For the healthcare industry, the impact of COVID-19 has been truly exceptional. While healthcare facilities were having to restrict access and cut back on non-emergency visits, people still needed access to general practitioners (GPs) for any number of non-COVID-related issues, many that did not require a physical examination.
